- The original homes were some of the first all-electric homes in East Tennessee.
- The Norris Creamery was the first milk-producing plant in the world to be powered solely by electricity.
- Norris was the first city in Tennessee to have a complete system of dial telephones.
This house is on point, no matter how you look at it. When you consider it's located in the charming village of Norris, it's a home run.

By now y'all know I travel all over East Tennessee photographing houses. My agents never cease to amaze me with the cool homes they have, regardless of location.
Take this cute little basement rancher in SoKno (it was South Knoxville when I was growing up, but SoKno sounds a lot hipper, right?).

I photograph a lot of great homes. Every now and then I just have to set the camera down and take in the beauty of a fabulous home. This massive 5-bedroom in Mallard Bay is a good example.
Everything about this home is so on point, even the ceilings blew me away!
The first thing you notice as you drive to the end of the cut-de-sac is the amazing terraced front yard. The private backyard is gorgeous, too, and is completely fenced in.
